General Terms of Service

The Terms of Service are an agreement between Extronos LLC, a company headquartered in Sheridan USA and “You” (the users). This agreement outlines the general terms and conditions governing the use of the products and services made available by Extronos (collectively known as the “Services”). Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not consent to these terms, you are not permitted to use or access the Services. All customers should agree on all terms and conditions stated prior to their signing up for any of the hosting plans and services mentioned by Extronos. Extronos reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s access to any or all services provided, at any time, or when Extronos decides that the account has been inappropriately used.

Our service rates are subject to periodic adjustments based on our vendors’ pricing. As authorized partners of various license providers and domain registrars, any alterations to their pricing may compel us to raise our service fees to maintain cost coverage. It’s essential for you to periodically review billing details to prevent unexpected changes in pricing.
