Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between Extronos LLC and every customer using our hosting platform, websites, applications and related services.

By purchasing or using any Extronos service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any service-specific agreements.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use any Extronos products or services.


1. General Terms

Extronos provides web hosting, VPS hosting, cloud hosting, reseller hosting, dedicated servers, business email, domain registration and related internet infrastructure services.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws or threatens the security and stability of our platform.


2. General Rules of Conduct

Customers must use Extronos services responsibly, legally and ethically.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of others.
  • Protect account credentials.
  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Cooperate with identity verification when required.
  • Use our services only for legitimate purposes.

Activities involving fraud, malware, phishing, copyright infringement, illegal content, network attacks, abuse or unauthorized access are strictly prohibited.


3. Abuse of Resources

Any activity that negatively impacts our servers, infrastructure or other customers may result in immediate action.

  • DDoS attacks
  • Port scanning
  • Network intrusion
  • Hosting malware
  • Copyright violations
  • Excessive CPU or memory consumption
  • Activities affecting server stability

4. Spam Policy

Extronos maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward spam and unsolicited commercial email.

Accounts found sending spam, hosting spam-related services or damaging the reputation of our IP addresses may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.


5. Website Migration

We may offer complimentary migration services for eligible hosting plans. While we make every effort to complete migrations successfully, customers remain responsible for maintaining current backups and verifying migrated data.


6. Bandwidth Usage

Hosting plans include bandwidth allocations based on the purchased service. Accounts consistently exceeding reasonable usage may be required to upgrade or purchase additional resources.


7. Acceptable Resource Usage

Shared hosting resources are intended for website hosting only and must not be used for long-term file storage, excessive backups or activities that degrade platform performance.

  • Store only website-related files.
  • Avoid excessive CPU or RAM usage.
  • Do not run abusive cron jobs.
  • Do not execute long-running database queries.
  • Maintain fair usage for all customers.

8. Reseller Hosting

Customers purchasing reseller hosting plans are responsible for the management and support of their own clients. Extronos provides infrastructure and technical support only to the reseller account owner.

  • Resellers must ensure their customers comply with these Terms.
  • Resellers are responsible for all content hosted under their accounts.
  • Shared hosting accounts may not be used for reseller purposes.
  • Extronos reserves the right to review reseller plans when necessary.

9. Account Details

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including contact details, billing information and account credentials.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account. Any unauthorized access or suspected security breach should be reported immediately.


10. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are subject to availability and the policies of the relevant domain registry.

  • Domain registrations are generally non-refundable.
  • Registrant information must remain accurate and up to date.
  • Renewal reminders are sent as a courtesy.
  • Failure to renew may result in permanent domain loss.
  • Premium domains and certain TLDs may have additional requirements.

11. Backup Policy

While Extronos performs backups on selected hosting plans, customers remain solely responsible for maintaining current copies of their websites, databases and email data.

Backups are provided as a convenience and should not be considered a guaranteed disaster recovery solution.


12. Service Uptime

We strive to maintain a network uptime of 99.9%. Planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, third-party failures and circumstances beyond our control are excluded from this target.

  • Scheduled maintenance notifications will be provided whenever possible.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
  • Network incidents are investigated as quickly as possible.

13. Billing Policy

Services are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Payment is due on or before the invoice due date.

  • Services may be suspended for overdue invoices.
  • Pricing may change upon renewal.
  • Taxes are applied where required by law.
  • Customers are responsible for keeping payment methods current.

14. Refund Policy

Eligible hosting services may qualify for our money-back guarantee, subject to the conditions described in our refund policy.

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, software licenses, SSL certificates, dedicated servers and other specified services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted through the Extronos Client Area within the applicable refund period.


15. Account Suspension & Termination

Extronos reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any service that violates these Terms of Service, applicable laws or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Services may also be suspended for overdue invoices, fraudulent activity, abuse of resources, security concerns or any activity that threatens the stability of our infrastructure or other customers.

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Failure to pay outstanding invoices.
  • Spam, phishing or malware distribution.
  • Fraudulent orders or chargebacks.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Security threats or abuse of network resources.

Customers should always maintain independent backups. Terminated accounts may be permanently removed from our systems and data may not be recoverable.


16. Account Security

Customers are responsible for protecting their usernames, passwords and all activities performed under their accounts.

  • Use strong, unique passwords.
  • Enable Multi-Factor Authentication whenever available.
  • Keep applications and scripts updated.
  • Secure file permissions and website configurations.
  • Report unauthorized access immediately.

Extronos may temporarily suspend compromised accounts to protect customers, our infrastructure and other users.


17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Extronos, its employees, affiliates, partners and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, legal costs or expenses arising from your use of our services, hosted content or violation of these Terms.


18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Extronos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, lost profits or service downtime beyond our reasonable control.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the applicable service period, except where prohibited by law.


19. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Extronos and any disputes arising from these services shall be resolved through the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Extronos operations.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.


20. Pricing & Service Changes

Prices, product features and service specifications may change periodically due to changes in licensing costs, infrastructure expenses, technology improvements or other business requirements.

Renewal pricing may differ from introductory promotional pricing. Current pricing is always available through our website and Client Area.


21. Changes to these Terms

Extronos may modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws or operational requirements.

Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
